WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING, CONTRAST PROVIDES NO WARRANTY OR UNDERTAKING, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, THAT THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE CONTRAST PARTIES OR THROUGH THE MOBILE APPLICATION OR THE PRODUCTS WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

15.4 ACCURACY.

THE CONTRAST PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION, THE PRODUCTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY SITES IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

CONTRAST WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE MOBILE APPLICATION TO YOU ON AN ECONOMICALLY REASONABLE BASIS WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
