To rearrange contacts and groups in Group Text+:

1. Tap the 'Edit' button in the upper-right corner
2. Tap and hold any contact or group for 1 second, until the circle enlarges
3. Drag the contact or group to its new location and let go
   
4. Tap 'Done' in the upper-right corner
